Stephanie has considerable knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including financing, equity investment structures, purchase and sale, leasing, entitlements, construction contracts, property management agreements, workouts and foreclosures. She has represented developers, lenders, governmental entities, landlords, tenants, architects, non-profits and a variety of business owners. Stephanie has handled the real estate aspects of large multi-state real estate transactions and has assisted clients in buying and selling businesses, forming partnerships and limited liability companies, purchasing assets out of bankruptcies, and other areas of practice that are not generally considered to be within the realm of a real estate specialty.
